Request Procedure of changes and refunds due to cancellation

Affected guests will have the options below. You may choose 1 option 1 time only.
Notice; If you reserved your itinerary via travel agencies, the procedure would be different from below information. So please contact to them at first.
However, only if your return flights has been canceled, we could arrange alternative flights at airport counter in japan or reservation center. After our arrangement, please contact to your travel agencies.

a) Alternative flight

Alternative flight within 2-weeks from original flight date (same sector only)

You can also do the procedures at Airport counter in japan or our Reservation Center.

After completing the change flight, The new itinerary will be sent to your registered e-mail address.

For flight change more than 2 sector within same booking number, Please contact our Reservation Center or come to Airport counter in Japan.

b) Full Refund

【Please apply for refund request within 30 days from the date recorded on the ticket.】

Once your refund application has been completed, you will not be able to make flight change.
