Displaying receipt and boarding certification data

Requested from many customers, displaying receipt and boarding certification data is now available to see and issue online!
Each certificate required from customers, is able proceed any time, from top page of our website “Manage Booking “

Receipt

Issue period: 1 year from the purchase of airline tickets

  • Displaying receipt data service is an electronic document.
    Please kindly check in advance from customer side whether the printed document can be utilize such as an accounting settlement.
  • Displaying receipt data service are available until 1 year from the purchase date of the ticket. It is possible to display for the sum at the time of printing.
  • This service is only available for the booking of Credit card payment. For the booking of convenience store payment, the receipt that is received at each convenience store will be the official receipt.
  • Displaying receipt data service is not available if applicable below:
    -If you request for a receipt for each passenger, or for each one-way.
    -If you request only for the receipt for the amount differences by doing the change flight or by purchasing the additional option and so on.
    -If you request only for the receipt for Inclusive cancel fee.
    -If you purchased a dynamic package ticket
    -If you purchase the travel agency tickets
    -If you purchase the ANA Mileage Club tickets
    -If you purchase the Vanilla air coupon tickets
  • For the receipt necessary to issue at the reservation center, please contact the reservation center after the boarding. The issue will be charged a fee. (Handling fee of 1,000 yen */per reservation. Please contact the reservation center for our bank account information)
    Please note that issue period will be until one year from the purchase of airline tickets
  • In the following cases, we cannot issue a receipt.
    -If the ticket that passed more than one year from the purchase date.
    -If reissue of receipt (Displaying receipt data service, can be able to display many times as long as it is within issuing period)
    -If you purchased via a dynamic package or travel company etc.
    -If the total fare of the ANA Mileage Club tickets is 0JPY

Boarding certification

Issue period: It can be issued after the boarding, until 1 year from purchase ticket date.

  • Boarding certificate will be issued per passenger, per flight (Only for the passenger who has been boarded). It cannot be issued by multiple passenger names, multiple flights together.
  • Online boarding certification service is not available if the flight arrival site has been changed due to the reason such as bad weather.
  • If you have any other requests for boarding certificate, please kindly contact our reservation center. The issue will be charged a fee. (Handling fee of 1,000 yen * /per reservation. Please contact the reservation center for our bank account information)

Web Check-in is only available for Japan domestic flights.

Okinawa Urban Monorail (Yui rail) is temporarily suspending all monorail service due to unexploded ordnance disposal as a safety measure. A disposal operation will be conducted on December 16, 2018 (Sun) from 9:00~. (It is planned to finish by noon.)

Please prepare to have enough time to arrive at Okinawa(Naha) LCC terminal.

欲前往那霸機場的旅客請注意!

由於沖繩市區發現未爆彈,沖繩單軌電車(Yui rail)受到影響於12/16(週日)上午9點至當日中午期間(暫定)全線暫停營運。請旅客預先保留充足的時間前往那霸國際機場LCC航廈辦理登機報到手續,感謝您的配合。

致從沖繩(那霸)機場出發的旅客:

沖繩都市單軌電車(Yui rail)因要處理未爆炸彈而暫時停止所有單軌列車服務。整個清理過程將於2018年12月16日(星期日)上午9時開始進行 (預計於中午前完成)。

請旅客預留充足時間前往沖繩(那霸)LCC客運樓。
