For passengers who are flying to/from Kansai International Airport

Due to typhoon Jebi, Kansai International Airport is restricted from around noon on September 4.
At the current moment, all flights which fly from/to Kansai on between Sep 4-15 and some flights which fly from/to Kansai on September 16-21 have been canceled.
On and after September 22, our all operation resume. We look forward to serving you.

Check-in

Our check-in counter opens at Terminal 1. On your departure day, please kindly check the counter info on message board at the airport.

Access to airport

At the current moment, private and rentalcars are not allowed. Please use public transportation to get to the airport (Railways, Airport Limousine Bus and Bay Shuttle from Kobe). Traffic congestion is expected, please make sure to head to the airport with plenty of time.

Flight Change/Refund(Cancel)

Passengers who have reservation to/from Kansai international Airport from September 4-20, 2018, is also eligible to change to this flight within 2-weeks from original flight date without charge, departure/arrival change or refund (cancellation). For customers who purchase airline tickets and hotel package tour via travel agency, please contact the travel agency.

For passengers who are flying to/from New Chitose Airport

Our flight departing to/from New Chitose Airport has been resumed operation in the morning on September 7.

Due to the impact of the earthquake and blackouts, public transportation between each airport and the city has stopped operation. Please confirm the operation information of each public transportation and make sure to head to the airport with plenty of time.

Passengers who have reservation to/from New Chitose Airport from September 6-11, 2018, is also eligible to change to this flight within 2-weeks from original flight date without charge or refund (cancellation).

When changing flights within 36 hours from original scheduled departure time.

Refund (Flight Cancelation)

When applying refund within 36 hours from original scheduled departure time.

Other than above
→You can apply from [Refund Application Form] on our website.

Customers who have already applied at the reservation center or refund application form can not make a change (free) or refund. If you make a flight change after applying for a refund, the changes may be invalid.
