For passengers who plan to use Self Check-in KIOSK
We have confirmed that the QR code for self-check-in has not been printed on some of the itineraries that have been sent to passengers on and after March 18, 2019.
For passengers who do not have the QR code printed on the itinerary, and who plan to use self-check-in KIOSK at the departing airport, please check-in with 6-digit "Reservation Number" in place of a QR code.
Please note that you can check in online (for domestic flights only) and check in at the airport counter as usual.
