Recommended environment to browse our FAQ pages which will be disabled the TLS 1.1 encrypted communication.

Thank you for choosing Vanilla Air.

To enhance security, the TLS1.1 encrypted communication on our FAQ pages disabled from the following date.

Date: October 25th, 2019, 9:30 JST

After the change, our FAQ pages will no longer be able to be viewed from old browsers, computers, smartphones, and tablets that do not support TLS1.2.

If it is unable to browse, please enable TLS1.2 in your browser's security settings or view it from a terminal or browser that has already been enabled.

Please refer to the following TLS1.2 enabled devices and browsers.

IE11 is compatible.
IE 8,9,10 is only compatible if running on Windows 7 or over.
(TLS1,2 enable operation is required because it is not enabled by default.)

Microsoft Edge

This browser is compatible.

Firefox

Over 27 are compatible.
24~26 are compatible. (TLS1,2 enable operation is required because it is not enabled by default.)

Google Chrome

Over 38 are compatible.
30~37 are only compatible if running on Windows XP SP3, Vista and over (Desk top PC), OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard) and over (Desk top PC) , and Android 2.3 (Gingerbread) and over (mobile).

Google Android OS

Over 5.0 (Lollipop) are compatible.

Apple Safari

Safari for desktop version 7 and over are compatible if running on OS X 10.9 (Mavericks) and over.
Safari for mobile version 5 and over are compatible if running on iOS 5 and over.

Web Check-in is only available for Japan domestic flights.
