About Cancel (Refund)

  • Passengers who purchased Inclusive fares can cancel before departure. Cancel/refund fee is applied. Fees and charges (e.g. seat assign fee, baggage fee, processing fee, change fee) are non-refundable.
  • the cancel limits are 90 minutes (domestic flights) / 120 minutes (international flights) before scheduled departure time. please be informed once you exceed above time limit, refund will not be accepted. The same rule will also be applied even within the limit after you check in.
  • TAX refund administration fee is applied for a refund of airport taxes and fees .  However, Inclusive fare refund in advance to departure and the sector departing Hong Kong with HKD payment, according to Hong Kong legislation, is exempt from this rule. Please make sure to apply within 30days from departure date.

FAQ

How do you refund to me?
For credit card payment, we will refund to your card directly. For convenience store payment, we will refund to your banking account. So please inform us your account information.
How much is cancel fee for infants?
It's no charge for infants but only infant accompanied with Inclusive fare passenger can cancel.
When can I receive my refund?
For credit card paynment, it will take 2-3 business months. For convenience store payment, it will take 45 business days.
Web Check-in is only available for Japan domestic flights.
